Try to use spellcheck on your resume. A single typo can derail any chances you have.
Spell check “Carrer” and “ACHIVEMENTS”.
Try to quantify the work done like saved x hours or y dollars by implementing z.
Check your Resume ATS score. Don’t be afraid to rework completely on your resume.

Just keep a simple resume edited in word with less formatting. Fancy design resumes get filtered in ATS
Go with row format. I have heard that column format is not recognised by ATS. Go with simple heading and bullet points. Leave out symbols, colors etc because your resume is first read by ATS and not human. Check the ATS score of your resume
