Not getting any calls from companies.

I am trying to switch but with a above average CV I am not getting any calls after applying to several companies. I have completed 2years in TCS (joined as fresher) as a full-stack developer. It feels like I am not getting calls because I have started in TCS and my experience doesn't hold any value and also because TCS has a shitty non-negotiable 90days notice period policy. I am thinking of resigning and applying as a immediate joiner in the last month of the notice period. Is that a risk I should take? Also my manager is trying to release associates without any prior notice and because I have recently relocated, I think I am in his crosshair.

It's not because of TCS experience, it's because of 90 days notice period policy. I am also facing same.

Right now I am under RMG. I am also thinking to resign.

If you are under RMG, then after 35 days they start your separation process, threatening..... and if you resign then they will relieve you immediately

You did amazing thing by resigning from TCS....days are not far when you wont get any offer if your resume has TCS in it!! It's better you wait for an offer and even if you don't get any offer, don't take back resignation....it will take time to get an offer but leave TCS soon!!

Starting your career in TCS is as cursed as writing someone's name in death note.
