Not getting any calls

I have 1.9 years experience.These are my skills and I'm trying to switch as Java backend developer roles and I have been applying for jobs since one month and not even got single mail or call. I know I'm lacking in some things. Can you guys suggest me if I need to upgrade with some more skills and if yes then what are they and also suggest me in applying the jobs
