Maybe resign and look for jobs. Might be a bad idea. But it worked for me, though in my case, the issue was current company internal policies.

fake it until you make it, just say you are already serving the notice period and can join in 30/60 days get an offer and then try to negotiate both company current and new!

I had a 3 month notice period too. I didn't get a single call. My company didn't have any projects so they told me that they would be laying me off in 3 months (since that's my notice period). When I had only 10-15 days left I started getting a lot of calls.

So if you're confident about your skills , I'd say put down your papers and start properly preparing for interviews.

Otherwise you might wanna talk to your HR and see if you can buy out your notice period. Some companies do that. Also , I'd recommend applying to companies which have 3 month notice period too
