Not getting a project

I have been on the bench for the past 14 days. I receive one project call per day. I haven’t rejected any projects so far. Most rejections are due to gaps in my skill set, and in some cases, I’m not selected because the client rejects me after conducting 2–3 interviews. I have 4 years of experience. What can I do in this situation? How long can I remain on the bench?

Abhi toh bench m aae ho yar...it's two week..have some chilling and upskillng time...maintain RTO ...thatsit

No can’t chill now a days in tcs bench . RMGs are asking to put resignation if we are in bench for 2 months . And that to RMGs are not giving our skill details properly to projects . We mostly get calls from projects which are out of our scope skills .

Azure Infrastructure admin I have up-skilled myself. Learned DevOps, Terraform, Docker.. But no use, RMG is telling me that projects will only consider previous work experience.
