Trending @Accenture; Not Following RTO may cause serious damage.

Senior Manager scheduled a call with entire team (90+) and what I can extract from it, she mentioned not following RTO may have SERIOUS IMPLICATION. And she iterated these exact words more than 5 times in 30 mins call.

Guys, take it very seriously. Not following RTO is now considered as equal to not filling MyTE. I guess, there are dashboard in place to show who didn’t follow RTO and even MD level people are monitoring it closely.

Not going to office will affect your variable and hike, that's all.

RTO will be one major factor for putting employees to PIP. And this time PIP would be one way only.

@ai_ Just the variable pay. Hikes have been mere cashbacks.

If it was just HAWA, leadership wouldn’t have tied it with accenture policy. Soon enough you will start seeing bigger implications. We can have this conversation again after couple of months.

Is it applicable for people who are in entry level pool also coz we reported from nearest location
Does it cause any problem?

As long as you're reporting to any facility in the same base location (city), it shouldn't be a problem.

If it's a 'She', I'm a 100% sure she's exaggerating everything

Yes, it was ‘She’. But I have been working with her from past 2.5 years, she never exaggerate. Let’s see this time
