Not doing anything for the past 6 months. Should i be worried?

For the past 6 months the people in my unit have failed to put me into a project. For now i am currently put into group functions i.e i have been allocated a SWON and have been filling the timesheet in the unbilled section of it. So essentially i have not done any work for the past 6 months. Should i be worried here?
