Not cracked any interview
I am going to the bench in 2 days , since in system I am released hence got 4-5 calls for the interview but not even a single interview was able to crack for project.
Since I was in support role and wanted to move on development role so some of the project asking for real time hands on.
I am fear what will happen if RMG know about it that i am not even single interview able to clear.
Please suggest!!
Lots of fear if TCS throw me out if not able to get the project.
Nothing like that will happen. Just say yes for any project if you are that anxious. Getting the role you aspire for in TCS is really very difficult. Be allocated, keep upgrading skills and switch!

It depends on your YOE.. I am not sure what type of support you were in previous..
But try for development support role where you just need to maintain the code base that is already there..
I didn't add any code based on ticket request I was given access using SQL queries, providing report and also if there is any issue in applications then find the issue and fix the issue.
I also work in support role, most of the calls i got were from DevOps , data engineering etc and they don’t want me as I don’t have relevant experience. I didn’t clear those interviews. Because of the skill mismatch. Same thing is happening to u too. So don’t worry. There are people in bench sitting in bench for more than 3 months and i know a lot of people who says no to projects or lie about skillset to avoid support role. And these people are in bench for more than 2 months.
Just communicate with rmg through mail about ur concerns.
So @IamHereNow , have you got development project or same support project you got or still on bench.
