I have been into the current project for 13 months. I am feeling frustrated after manager gave negative feedback and nowwant to come out from here but manager told there will be no release. I am trying outside also but as of now what other option I have as not to work in this project.

After 18 months you're eligible to get released from the project, then you can approach your DM.

Yes I think it's part of policies, I frequently heard from management about this.

Apply for registration see HR and manger will contact you why are you leaving tell them I am not willing to work in this project if they agree revoke it

Stop doing the project work, they will automatically release you after having some arguments with you
