Trending @HCL; Not billed in project since long time
I joined hcl in December 2024 since then I am in some project but I have not assigned any work I mean they have not introduced me to clients and now I am worried about this.
Please don’t keep quiet thinking that you’re billable . Always try to get in to work though your manager is not assigning you . Crying baby will get milk . If any ramp down in your project your the one you will be impacting first
They are telling me that client want experience candidates only so Even after they tried they are not able to deploy me. So how can I find other project they told me if you can get other project they will realese me from current project.
Connect with your CU Manager and tell your situation. As your Manager saying that you can look for other projects , you can show the same point and get on to the project. Don’t get relaxed
They'll slowly push the projection with the client for billing readiness. Don't worry about it until you're in a project. All you need to make sure is you're capable of doing the job.
I am in project but now they are telling me to find other project as they are not able to deploy me as client only want 2-3 year of exp candidates only
