Why not? Do you know how big and populous India is ? You talk about the rich and elite, it is applicable to India. You talk about the middle class and aspirations, it is applicable to India. You talk about poverty and hunger, it is applicable to India. So everything you are hearing about India has a truth in it.
Fortunately or unfortunately this is where we are. Instead of crying about it, realise this predicament is a boon to India in disguise.
