From yesterday we are not allowed to use phones during work. Managers say phones are allowed only during breaks, other than that phones should be kept inside bags else they will confiscate our phones. Can they enforce such things?
Pathetic, they can't force this until you're working on a project which is sensitive that requires to work in a secured bay.

This would be the impact of a few bad apples. If some guys keep using the Phones during work hours for hours together and your leadership sees that, they can question your manager on whether you guys have any work?
