Do you have any insights regarding the unallocated associates who are not reporting to RMG? It is important to note that this situation is not of their own making; they have not been instructed to swipe in or out at the RMG desk, which may indicate that their names have been overlooked.
Additionally, has the 35-day period commenced from the last allocated day or not?

Hi my friend is on the bench. Suppose he gets selected in another company. Is it mandatory to serve a 90 day notice period?
No, just normal behave kre kuch bolne ki jarurat nahi he TCS me ki selection hua he dusri company me, wo log released kr denge with 3 months salary i think. Agar bol diya dusri company ka to shayad 3months ki salary nahi denge.
If you are not reporting to RMG, RMG will you send a reminder mail first, if you again do the same, then they will inform HR to take disciplinary action.
