Not accepting band or rating option

Is there any option to not accept the band or rating which we will get in this year end? If yes, then what could be the consequences of not accepting it. Will they stop my appraisal for this year or are there further rounds of modifications that are done by the managers or supervisors to alter the band?

Once you get band there is option to reject or accept the band. No one will stop appraisal but no use of raising disagreement. 99.9 % it will be rejected and your band is not going to change. Still you can try your luck may be you are in 0.1% 😀
