Trending @Accenture; Not Able To Work till hike Clarification

I don't feel like doing anything till I get clarification on hike and promotions!! Because it feels we are working for nothing
delete prod database and resign!
Good 💡 idea but I have already made engineers to make a roll black plan after this crowd strike and everything will be up in 5-6 hrs.
same feeling... after getting informal hint from managers.. on hike percentage...feel to roll back all work done for accenture.
I also have same feeling. On top of that I got roll off from current project by saying they dont have budget. Also hardlock me in new project where my skills dont align 😐
Find another job or work on yourself. But it's the same scenario almost every year.

Don't expect anything buddy, just resign and start looking for some better opportunities, Accenture is not going to give anything, they are the shitty people seriously
I got confirmation from my TL.. He said the scenario is way worse than last year.. He did not get any quota for promotion this year(not a single one).. But there are provisions for hikes.. It can go upto 12% maxxx
I have the same feeling. But it's just 30 days more maximum to get the outcomes.
So relatable! First of all diwali and then this hike communication... doesn't feel like working at all...😂
