Not able to invest because of company

My company have marked Groww and Indmoney as non compliant brokers

So I had to sell off all of my holding in Indmoney US stocks since partial stocks are non transferable. Also I have shifted my indian holding from groww to Zerodha.

Now, I come to know that for every equity I have to buy, I have to ask permission from my company, which they don't easily give.

So I am here to ask my investment options in this case?

How and from where should I invest without involving any family members account?
