📢 Not a Single Call – 2 Weeks on Bench in Bengaluru

It’s been 2 weeks on the bench in Bengaluru, and I haven’t received even a single call regarding any project. I have listed skills like Java, Python, Flask, Django REST API, and SQL. Still, there’s been no response.

When I reach out to RMG, they simply say, “Try to find a project.” But isn’t that what RMG is supposed to help with?

How am I expected to know which projects are hiring? I’m confused and starting to feel like I’m being made a scapegoat. Is this leading to termination?

This is a strategy being used, they are releasing people for no reason and then making sure they don't get calls

Same case with me, I got hardly 3 calls and in that also I cleared client evaluation and still the project manager has not given the allocation with one week passed already

My friend who is serving notice period, she has been getting dozens of calls daily from all units

Today RMG said as ur experience is like 1.5, either they want fresher or they want experience above 3 years . That's why u are not getting calls

iWMS is made for this thing only .... You can go to Ultimatix and open Talent Management - Workforce management - Requirement Gathering System

In ultimatix -> Exciting Opportunities you can find the project based on your skills and here you can find requirement ID then check with your unit rmg with requirement ID they will help you to assign the project.
