Trending @Wipro; normally how many years we have to be in c1 Band to get promoted to C2 Band ?

What ia salary increase from B1 to B2. Anyone know this ??

Atleast 3 to 5 years. Wipro is not for promotion. Its for retired persons who want to do less work at less salary.

Minimum 2 years in 1 band

2 years is the minimum for any band, but there are exceptions if person got 5 star rating etc
