Non-tech individuals at startup, how much do you earn?

I am done with my partial to no usage of my brain at huge conglomerates. Was thinking to pivot my career for a more exiciting and pressurizing environment. I belive that will foster my growth in long run.

However, I would wanna know if startups could match my existing pay.
