how to approach for product manager role at google or microsoft? or they only need mba grad?
My boss from previous company got into Google without an MBA. The previous company was a big healthcare devices manufacturing company and he was doing prodman there for about 7-8 yrs. He only had a btech degree, no MBA.
On how he got into Google, I am not sure if it was via referral or just plain applying on linkedin or portals.
I think you first have to be doing prodman for a while in a company that promotes prodman, and then keep trying via referrals.
