Dont worry 1 or 2 complaints doesn’t cause any issue . Even i got one email and i gave the justification of missing days and promised that i will be consistent in office

Nothing, nobody has asked to leave the company for not following the hybrid policy:

  1. It will affect your performance review/Rating.
  2. You'll be asked to apply for leaves.
  3. Most critical - 12 days salary will be deducted in the next payroll (will be notified before)

After 3 or more non compliance mails, hr can ask you to face the committee and if the committee is okay with your answers then only a warning else forget the performance bonus, your employment will also be in danger. You can ask for BTO exemptions or simply get approval from your manager if you wanted a WFH. More than 8 days WFO is usually a good number
