Non-compliance to RTO

Have you guys started receiving RTO non-compliance mail from your HR?

Yesterday my project members received it and they have scheduled a meeting with all the defaulters.

Is it possible? To report to nearest location instead of base? My manager denied this and said I have to join base location only

You can connect with HR to change your location to base location.
One of my friend did the same.

Base location as in branch or city. In city is it possible to go the nearest branch and report?

Yes HRs have been sending non compliance mails . They will send 3 warnings and may initiate some action of stop payment etc if employees don’t return to office . The action may differ from HR to HR
