Non- Compliance issues with manager
My manager is telling me he will raise a non compliance as i'm not coming in time. What will happen to me if he raises a non compliance. What should i do. Can anyone help?
This is it company. Not a freaking school. Tell him you are working and completing tasks on time. If he has issues with you. Ask him to discuss with HR. its high time you move out of that project.
I'm working on a PS India project. They're so adamant on not giving a release to a single employee. This project is the worst experience i've ever had in tcs. Top level hierarchy are so egoistic and non supporting on anything. Although the learning curve here is just as bad as this project is.
It's a sign for you. Time to skill up and move on.
Ask him which clause or policy are you non-compliant with!
Nobody can help you except you will try yourself. upskill, search and leave. There is no other way. Many in this forum are in the same boat.
