Is this even true? Not found anything in ultimatix as of now? Has anyone found anything?

I am C1 , If I will calculate my qva which I am supposed to get in every 3 months - Its way less than what I have to spend on travelling to the office and rent for 3 months also food cost is there if you are having to stay far from your family . So I am compromising with my qva and not going to the office .

Have you received any mail as such regarding stop pay??? I believe, no one has received such communication. The only impact as of now is QVA deduction. Regarding band degrade, it’s dependent on project and the respective manager.

@SinfulGrub47 stop pay is only intitated when you missed timesheet filling for more than 10days continuously. You need to talk to manager for that for which he will sent a mail to the hr for clearance.
WFO % matters only for the your quarterly bonus only that will be deducted from your salary . But if you are not visiting ofc and dont want to be get pressurized for wfo then don't dare to argue with your manager in any scenario . Whatever work you have been assigned you cant argue .its like Jhukke rhna pdega mere aage . Kmich krne ka sara din . Jubaan ldane ka nhi

Today I got to know the concept of STOP PAY. This workflow will be initiated if someone has missed timesheet for more than 10 days and no leaves are availed for the previous month, in that case STOP PAY will be initiated in the system and will go to supervisor for approval.

It's for veriable pay..if wfo is less than 85 per..then they will not give VP
