Non Compliance 5 Days WFO Stop pay will be initiated
As I came to know that Stop pay will be initiated those who are not going office for 5 days however this is not a confirmed news but we have to wait till this month pay will be received
As I said they are considering to do from now onwards though it is not a confirmed newss
Bro it depends on the project which you are allocated with you can do WFH indirectly if your project isn't that serious about it which will affect your Variable pay based on your RTO index... That's all..If that actually happens it will definitely lead to high attrition rate if they are serious about it in terms of work flexibility..
Stop pay will be initiated and the salary will be given to CEO??🙄
When I joined, I did not go for straight two weeks, but I got full months pay. However, my WFO index was NA.
