Non-coding B.Tech @ PwC: Can I grow crazily in PM without being a dev?
1.5 YOE at PwC (Tecb Consulting). B.Tech grad. I’m planning my move into Product, but I want to do it right.
I'm more interested in the Vibe-code (UX/Growth/Community) and the business side of products than just the technical architecture.
Given my background in consulting and my interest in partnerships/growth, how do I build an unfair advantage so I’m not just another applicant?
Should I:
- Double down on a high-end PM course/certification? (If yes, which one?)
- Try to pivot internally at PwC first?
- Build a "Proof of Work" (side projects/growth experiments) to show I can ship?
Looking for a roadmap to excel, not just survive.

PS - Is it possible to reach the top tier of PM roles if I'm not coming from an SDE background?
