Trending @Accenture; Non billable and PIP
I’m a SE but since last year April I’m partially charging in non billable and rest is billable. I’m still on the project, working for 15 days and not working for the rest of the 15 days. I have talked to my TL regarding PIP and he assured me of no PIP. The manager and TL are nice. But I’m still partially worried
Are you from Accenture Operations? Till the situation comes they will be nice... partially billing is bad for the long term...hikes.. promotions...seek guidance from seniors and keep your billing 80% and above
I am under ATCI and I checked in the utility and it shows 100 percent. This month I charged 60 percent. My roll off date is near and now I’m tensed about getting into new projects
Connect with your HR and narrate your situation and try to find other projects and move
