Trending @Cognizant; Nominations still open for Q3?

My HM told that he will nominate me for promotion today, but i have few doubts.

--> already i got to know go nomination last date was august 30 for Q3.

Had a connect with HM aa well on August 30th, replied today is not last date.

So can i trust my HM saying he will nominate me today, does he still able to nominate if august 30th is last date.

--> if august 30th is not last date for domain AIA , then when is the last date?
