Noida Bachelors house hunt ❌

I don't understand why people in Noida have turned against renting houses to bachelors. There is no society left where bachelors are allowed, everywhere either there is a board "bachelors not allowed" or the security guard refuses to give any info. Where should we go?? Don't we need a house to live in?? Why a marriage certificate or family is mandatory to even live in a good society??
