Ratan Tata Sir ke jaate hi TCS management ne apne rang dikha diye.
Please boycott TCS .. Their brand value should crash.. And upper Tamil management should change.
HONESTLY, There is no Upper Tamil nor Punjabi, nor Northie, nor Malabari etc etc. The entire upper management irrespective of State is biased and messed up.
People from one State or Community promote people from the state or community.
Their goal is to keep themselves on the top. Boycott is good and entire Upper Management irrespective of the state or whatever should be removed. Especially the old obsolete entities handling the reigns.
Also why does this organisation have so many leadership roles and hierarchy. You chop off 60% of the middle layer 99% problem is solved.
Promotions should be based on metrics and just metrics. No favourites, no nepotistic crap, etc just purely output based. No one should be given promotions or higher band unless there is justifiable evidence in terms of output. But Alas all this is good on paper.
Best is just to beat it and focus on ourselves jump and watch the empire crumble. Its always best and safe to watch the ship sink from the shore.
If we still have Ratan sir the changes are still being implemented.
