NOC - suggestions to level up.
My friend with 7 YOE is working as a senior NOC in Bangalore earning 10 LPA + 1 LPA stocks. He's skilled with all the tools used in his company and is also pretty strong in the knowledge related to his work. Due to his family situation, he needs to level up and earn more.
