NOC Application letter for Schengen VISA

Hello everyone.

​I need an NOC for a Schengen visa application for my upcoming travel in May. I have searched the portal but cannot find the option to generate this letter in Ultimatix. Can someone please let me know about how I can get this letter or whom should I contact regarding it?
