My hm gave me 3 ratings and the organisational metrics (Trutime, Timesheet, Utilisation, Yearly learning goals) score was 5 for me. So it didn't average 3.45/5 but my final rating is 2 after normalisation. My hm was continuously telling me sorry...you don't deserve this. Even she shared her screen and showed me the message she texted our domain director as she is close to the director stating swapping my rating with other team members. But it didn't happen. Is there a way I can challenge this if the domain director and my pm comes into the picture ? Will it affect my PA to A promotion even if my hm nominates me. Could any senior person here help me out?

See dude ,if you think you are good at what you are doing and you can work hard with smartness ,this company is not good, they do what ever possible to make profit ,by giving less ratings means less variable pay ,delayed promotion, basically cts will find a way to discourage employees, this company rarely value talent and bootlickers will always survive here ,so if you are not one of them ,find new opportunity. I do not think so you can change ratings

I totally agree,do not expect good ratings and recognition, management always finds the way to benefit the company not the resource. If you are not happy look for a change.

Got it. But can I change this rating somehow by requesting upper management? As I said my hm tried to swap my rating with other team members who aren't performing well. Btw is this normalisation a tactical approach to not giving a promotion.

Last time i got 2 rating so I could not able to get promoted
