Trending @Infosys; No work life balance in Infosys.

Becoming extremely difficult for new joiners to adjust to IOWL . How you guys are coping up ?? There is no mutual respect between employee and manager which demoralise and demotivate . I presume this is IOWL . How this can be addressed

I believe it is not only in Infosys, it is present in all IT servicing companies If anyone have experience in other companies with work life balance, suggest here
