Trending @Wipro; No work from last 9 months
I was hired back in June 2024 but I haven’t got any work till now. I have been following with DM snd they say that we have not received confirmation of project from client. Now I’m on bench since last month. What should I do? Should I look out for job out of Wipro or stay here and look out for projects?

My recommendation will be the following
- Continue getting salary even if not allocated to any projects
- Upskill yourself with the current market demand
- Attend training programs and do the Certifications
- Keep following up with RMG team for project allocation
