Trending @Accenture; No work even after being hard-locked in project
I am not being on-boarded in my project even though I am hard-locked in it, my people lead said that there is no vacancy in the team. Then how come the staffing team has hard-locked me, I am sitting idle without any work. It is important for me to gain work experience as I am fresher at CL-12 and joined Accenture in July 2024. Can someone help or guide me in this situation...
Ask them to give you a roll-off, but given the current situation, it’s better to stay on the project than to be on the bench
Last month, my people lead told me that she is finding some other opportunities for me. I am waiting since 22nd march...
