Bengaluru office still forcing to work from office. Heartless management and heartless companies
Managers are spineless, HRs are brainless. L8s are useless. All flying abroad for foreign offsites while we have to sit in 5 hour traffic.

Some companies have circulated an email asking employees to WFH in view of heavy rain and water logging, but some have not, it depends on the local management decisions. In your case since your management has not circulated such email, you may take permission from your immediate manager if he agrees to allow you the WFH option.
Update; my HR might have read this post and sends email about WFH after getting backlash from all employees. Someone reached home after 4 hours. May be that triggered here sense. Can you imagine, sends update at late night and expect to employees to read. Another senseless act
I have a good team, fortunately The head of my team has asked us to wfh if the traffic is too bad for any one of us.
