No wfh in my project. Please suggest a way to avail it!

I am working in an internal project in TCS. My manager asks me to report every day to office. My manager is in my same odc and inspects my availability every day. My manager says there is no concept of wfh in tcs and even if I request for wfh for one day, he conveys to take leave. Please suggest me some way to avail wfh.

Your manager is strict. To get WFH, you might need a genuine health issue or critical personal situation. Otherwise, consider discussing flexibility or looking for a more accommodating role.
