Thia IA a pure shir hole company working on everything outdated... the projects, policies, work culture, etc etc ... the company wants you to waste valuable time to do non value things like daily travel of 3 hrs for WFO, waste time doing all those internal courses (with no hands on exercises), chase to.do outdated certifications, etc ... only motive is that you do not improve your Skill, so that you are not able.to apply for.jobs beyond the company!
