They will deduct qplc and not sure what they will do. I am bit scared as I don't have other companies in my hometown and I can't move out of my hometown due to personal reasons

Nothing works this technique because I did the same so he was blocking my all access after that now 6 month complete salary was decreased Demotion also happened. Seriously worst level management and HR.

We can’t do anything other than vent here. MNCs will take decision that’s suitable for them and their stakeholders. We are just expendable resources, we leave they hire others to replace us by paying them 2x.
