No Variable Pay if not RTO Compliant
TCS has announced a policy of no variable pay if our attendance is less than 60%. Thoughts? FYI I am not a RTO compliant and still do WFH ? Your views ?

Why are they not mentioning unit performance clause here. In 2 years I have hardly got full QVP twice even after working 3 days a week as per the manager instructions
