One thing if bto compliance not followed then they are giving needs improvement.
HR only looks for excuses for no appraisal and no variable.
someone gives their 100% effort at the client side and handling 2 people work at the same time is not considered during the appraisal cycle who received needs improvement rating. But if someone is bto compliant and doing no significant work that person is receiving succeeding/exceeding rating and getting promoted.... In this case not sure what kind of evaluation is happening in CG,
This happens every year and sure we are getting managed under uneduc*ted HRs and then there must be a hard working employee will not be work for longer.

They will put you in BOTP plan I also received 4 rating just for BTO compliance and now people manager is asking to complete one certification and some course along with coming to office shit culture😠

Yes agree. 100000% correct , Only they are looking Bto complaint for rating .
