Trending @Infosys; No value to the employee
I joined infosys in 2016 end and everything was fine, got a project immediately.
My manager was very satisfied with my work in beginning later I got a tl promotion after 4.5 years.
In 2022, I tried to switch from infosys and I got 90 % hike from other product based company but Infosys managers are retained me.
After retain till now no hikes and no retention hike nothing they given and now managers and second level managers saying the time is bad and they are not able to provide the retention hikes etc.
After completing of 8+ years in infosys I resign to the company but no one from management side, HR side didn’t cares about the internal resources. For my replacement to the client, Infosys picked the sub contractor with less experience than me and 100% more salary hike than me. This is the way that Infosys managers are behaving.
Even though I worked more than 8 years in Infosys but not happy with their behaviour and treatment.

First mistake - you should have taken an offer from the product company. Here everyone and anyone can be easily replaced. It's a billion dollar company, they can easily replace anyone and it won't even affect the company's performance.
Bhai insaan jab duniya se chala jata hai ,tab usko family nd frnds bhi kuch hi din ka afsos rakhte hai... after that they move on.
Ye to fir bhi business kar rhe hai... We are nothing more than some financial records entries for them.. the amount of which they debit and credit. Aapke rehne ya na rehne se company ko koi ghanta fark nahi padta.
I have been on the same boat, did similar mistake so I know how you feel right now.
But dw, we all learn better from our mistakes. You will cope up
It's not late,start preparing and it's better to move out of Infosys.
