No update on promotion from 2 years, No good hike

If you expect good hike, promotion, good working environment, good policy from your current organization which is like a rotten potato, then you are fool.dont mind. Fools don't deserve promotion.
Move on , dont keep sitting on rotten potato and start a good life.
