Trending @Accenture; No Update After Shadow Hardlock to Service_CAP

It’s been a week since I got the mail saying I’m shadow hardlocked to the Service_CAP project, but no one has contacted me or tagged me in anything yet. Is this normal? How long should I wait, and is there anything I should be doing meanwhile?

When I was shadow hardlocked, no one reached out to me either. I saw a couple of people who were in CC of that email, I reached out to them
