No Termination will be mentioned over your experience letter after you fail your PIP.
I confirmed this with my HR. She said you will get normal experience letter.
Why is that some people saying "they will mention termination over experience letter"?
I have another doubt...is it vetter to resign before pip without any in hand offer or we resign in mid of pip if we get any good offer?
I chose to resign before the pip because I did not want pip to be there anywhere in my internal records in Infosys and in any case I did not trust that my manager will clear my pip bcoz in anycase if he wanted to retain me he won't have asked for pip.

What happens on PIP? I got NI and was told that I might be put under a PIP but I’m in bench and have not received any update after that
