Trending @Infosys; No signal detected showing when connected with my hp office laptop and benq monitor

When I am connecting hp office laptop with benq monitor it's showing signal not detected any idea why it is showing?? And when I am connecting same monitor with my personal laptop it's connecting properly with same cable

Any idea plz tell why office laptop is not connecting?
