Trending @Infosys; No- show for Microsoft exam

Hi guys, I had requested a Microsoft exam voucher and used it to schedule my exam, but I was unable to attend. I now need a new voucher to schedule another Microsoft exam. However, I noticed that no-show cases are not eligible for additional vouchers. Could you please advise if there are any exceptions or alternative options available in this situation?
