NO SHOW any issue

I hadn't swiped yesterday as it will come to " No show ". Is there will any issue Of No show or chill as The WFO has connected with Quater Bonus and Variable Pay

I had 6 no shows last month. Rest of the days also I just swiped in and out. This month I have 10 no shows.

It hasn’t been a problem so far. Only my teammates contacted me and asked why I am not coming to office. Rest, I read on this app itself that my quarterly bonus will be cut but that is it. HR called me twice today regarding my IPF. Did not mention the no shows at all.
