How many "No shows" are allowed in a month or in a quarter. What are the potential issues it can raise.

Hi,
2-3 consecutive No Shows are permitted, then after it your future roasters will be removed from ETMS, means you have to set them again. Other than this, nothing else. Until some issues like abusive language or unethical behaviour with cab driver and vise - versa , and report goes to tcs transport. Hope this helps 😊 Regards.
